卡丁車的日常維護及保養(yǎng)：

（一） 日常維護項目：

1． 發(fā)動機；2． 鏈輪和鏈條；3． 制動裝置；4． 前束；

5． 后軸承及后輪轂；6． 其它部分：座椅、后保險杠螺栓等。

（二） 日常保養(yǎng)項目：

1． 螺栓有無松動；2． 燃料油；3． 檢查火花塞；4．鏈條油；

5． 設(shè)定化油器；6． 調(diào)整輪距；7． 改變負荷；8．調(diào)整輪胎氣壓、

新款卡丁車采用的動力是200（排量200cc）發(fā)動機，無極變速無倒車檔，右腳油門左腳剎車；本車啟動平穩(wěn)，動力強勁。

2、卡丁車的側(cè)面是薄弱的地方，嚴禁高速沖撞此部位！卡丁車由于底盤很低，3-5CM，所以對操作場地的要求較高，場地路面必須平整、落差起伏要小，以免造成對整車底盤的摩擦碰撞！

3、發(fā)動機是整車的心臟，我們要好好的愛護它，它健康才能帶給我們快樂！125發(fā)動機！專用機油---殼牌15W-40；新機首次500公里更換機油，以后每1500-2000公里更換，機油用量0.8L-1.0L(油標尺一個孔和二個孔中間）；缺油或更換機油請檢查油標尺。
