2、地方政府機關(guān)（LGU’s）登記注冊，申請商業(yè)許可證，不同的城市與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)需分別向當?shù)氐恼?府申請登記（BARANGAY（BRGY）） ＆ City hall）；

3、BIR （Bureau of Internal Revenue）提供登記許可證，并請求核準設(shè)立；

4、向不同政府機關(guān)申請員工相關(guān)福利項目；

5、社會保險局Social Security System （SSS）→退休金提撥；

6、菲律賓健康保險局Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Home（PHIC）→公司提供的健康保險；

7、發(fā)展互助基金Home and Development Mutual Fund （HDMF or PAG-IBIG）→房屋購屋代款基金。
